Beach Promenade

Main driver in this large development was to create a vibrant promenade walkway with subtle retail units along it. It aims to resonate the atmosphere of Miami beach with simple buildings juxtaposed along the beach front. The promenade is introduced with large community center that connects with smaller retail units through a shaded walkway and green buffer zone between them. An ample iconic restaurant pier rest in the waterbody and is the focal architectural element along the trajectory.
